Heavy-duty motor drive with 1 HP motor, gear box and positive pull down. US Towers’ positive pull down feature  is designed to mechanically apply the same strength in the retraction process as is used in the raising of your tower. Positive pull down is very important in lowering your tower in high wind conditions. The MDP-750 differs  from the standard motor drive unit (MD-75) which releases tension on the cables allowing the weight of the upper sections to be the only lowering force.
